We offer all day dining in our contemporary, stylish and relaxed restaurant for you to enjoy with friends and family seven days a week. We are famous locally for our amazing fish and chips, but we also offer so much more on our extensive gourmet menu. Our menu has been devised by our talented chefs to please everyone, with choices including our classic fish and chips, pretty much every grilled fish you could think of, plus seafood, tempura and even sirloin steak.

We also offer a take-out menu giving you the freedom to take our well-praised dishes to the stunning Richmond Riverside or to the comfort of your own home.

Close to Richmond bridge this is a real find. We have been several times. Alongside traditional fish fried in excellent, light batter the menu includes less typical delights like tuna steaks and tempura prawns. Portions are generous. The dining area is roomy, bright and furnished in a clean, contemporary style. It is also licensed so you can enjoy a glass of beer or wine with your meal.

As Richmond Hill is simply my favourite place in London, Pier 1 is simply the best. Whether you fancy old fashioned fish and chips, or healthier options of grilled fish, burgers or a pie, come to Pier 1 in the best setting of whole of London. You can have a takeaway picnic by the river and watch the world go by. It is a family friendly restaurant as they really do look after the little ones too. I can’t wait to dine here again!

This is the second time I have visited this restaurant and I was not disappointed the food is A1 The tuna steak is a must and if you’re into your deserts the sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream. The service is up there with the best. I cannot praise this place enough I will be back.

Absolutely excellent service and food. Very warm and friendly welcome, clean and smart decor. The food is fresh and delicious. You could not ask for more. I highly recommend it.

We stopped here for a bite to eat, and what a cracking spot to stumble across. Due to the sheer popularity of this place, we struggled to get seated - never a bad sign. The squid rings were sensational, and the overall service was polite & attentive with customer experience in mind.

What a great find! Stumbled upon this restaurant when needing to kill some time. The service was great (i think her name was Victoria) served us and was so warm and friendly. Reasonably priced, fresh fish, tasty batter, good portions, good range of options, inviting decor but still calm and good energy.

Hands down the best fish and chips I’ve ever had! This is no ordinary fish and chips and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff are amazing, very accommodating, and go the extra mile to make sure every customer has a great experience. The food is delicious and will leave you wanting more. If you want a good meal with fantastic service you can’t go wrong with a visit to Pier 1!!

Very smart decor, and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of fish dishes available, particularly as I don't like my fish to be overwhelmed by batter. My grilled king prawns were excellent.

Excellent fish and seafood. Fresh, delicious and perfectly cooked. The decor was very nice, everything looked spotless the seats were comfortable and the interior was bright and airy. The staff were accommodating and the service was good.

Amazing fish bar in London! The fish was so fresh! The chef even brought out the freshly cut halibut fillet and showed us which portions he was giving us. He of course gave us the best cuts which were so tasty! The staff and chef are very knowledgeable. I would certainly suggest you try this fish bar if you are in the area, you won’t be disappointed! Also it is not overpriced like most places in London.
